Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Sale periods & high-demand moments
During sale periods, new collection launches, or other high-demand moments, processing times may be longer than usual. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible — we appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs & import duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
